Toyota has connected two modern style directions in united whole. Returning to its history, Toyota try to made a "remake" one of the their own famous in past car - Land Cruiser 70-th years. VW (New Beetle) and Chrysler (PT Cruiser) already have done something like this. However, understanding that modern SUV approach to absurd gigantic sizes, Toyota also has enlarged its old tiny Cruiser. The SUV have got a name - Toyota Retro-Cruiser.

Standard Land Cruiser has became the base for this concept car. So car presents itself, mainly, stylistic exercise. This concept was built by Rod Millen Motorsport, which practiced with Toyota cars not once before. As a result, its got hard angular, but wholly "modern" serious offroad, which looks like Land Rover Defender with similar spirit.

Like Land Rover, this Toyota must possess perfect abilities to move on bad roads. The geometric parameters of new body: small overhangs and big road clearance must provide this.

Possible, Toyota to dare to start the repetition work of this or similar car. A task which will be solved by Retro-Cruiser is to reveal need of the market in similar cars and collect the opinions of inhabitants and presses. My opinion: car is worthy to get up on pipeline.
